TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions

General Information
· You (and your characters) must be 18+
· Visual references are required for commissions, unless it's for a character design. Any visual reference work (art, screenshots, faceclaims, etc).
· I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason I deem appropriate.
· I don't work with deadlines, unless required. I can give you and estimate time if needed, but keep in mind that this can change.Payment
· All payments are done through Paypal in either EUROS (€) or US DOLLARS ($). Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
· Once the payment is done, you'll be added to the commission queue, where you'll get updates on the status of the commission.Cancellation and Refunds
· Full refunds are only offered if I haven't started working on the commission yet.
· I reserve the right to cancel a commisison at any point if I considere we can't keep working together, in which case you will receive a refund according to how much work I've already done.
· You can ask for a refund at any given point, in which case you'll get a partial refund, depending on how much work I have already done.
· I WON'T make refunds on finished commissions.Image Rights
· I retain full copyright of my artwork, which means I get to use it at my discretion.
· All commissions will be treated as non-confidential, which means I get to show any part of the process on my social media. You may ask for me not to do so.

If you are interested in commissioning me, you need to fill this google form when I open commission slots. The form will be open for 24 hours. Once the form is closed, I'll get into contact with you via twitter or email to arrange all the commission details.Please, check my artwork before asking for a commission, so you know what to expect and what I'm more comfortable with while drawing.

All commissions include a flat or very simple background. Characters will be naked or almost naked on all commissions.These extra services can be added to your commission, but are completely optional.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are the commissions slots available?
My plan is to work on opening commissions at least once per month. Until I get into the rhythm of a monthly work flow, I can't tell you exactly when I'll open the slots, but I'll make sure to tell you in advance on my twitter account.Do you have a waitlist?
I only take the commissions I plan to finish that month, so for now I won't be having a waitlist. Tier $3 patrons will have preference over non-patrons when I pick my next commissions for the month.Can I ask for something that isn't listed on the ToS?
Sure, but I can't guarantee you that I'll do it. I prefer working on things that I know I'm comfortable with, since that means less stress for me and a better end result for you.You can always ask me about a specific request before, just to make sure I'll be able to do it.You only work with visual references?
Yes. Having only a writen description of a character means more work for me, which isn't covered by the price of the commission. If you still wanna commission me without a proper visual reference (remember that faceclaims and screenshots also work), we can discuss an extra fee for it.My commission got rejected last time. Absolutely! More often than not I can't pick all the commissions I'd like to draw because I don't have enough time for all of them. So yeah, feel free to try again if I didn't pick yours last time.
